Small group sports conditioning program for ages 8-17
Strength, speed, agility and flexibility
8 weeks, 2 session per week - 12 total sessions
Mondays & Wednesdays choose from 4.30-5.15pm or 5.15pm-6pm
Saturdays 11.30-12.45pm or 1-2.15pm
Session 1 – January 4th – February 28th
Great for baseball, football, lacrosse, soccer, volleyball and basketball players!
