Small group sports conditioning program for ages 8-15
Strength, speed, agility and flexibility
Kid will participate in cardio - such as spinning, rowing, boxing, running drills, jogging
Bodyweight, resistance bands and weight training activities
FUN conditioning on ropes, walls, rings and more!
8 weeks, 2 session per week - 12 total sessions
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays choose from 4pm or 5pm
Saturdays 12.pm or 1pm
Great for baseball, football, lacrosse, soccer, volleyball and basketball players- or kids that just want/need to move this winter!
