Classes begin Feb 9th - and are ongoing, schedule your sessions to fit your life and training!
Friday –5.30-6.30pm Kids 7-8.30pm adults + happy hour till 9.30
Saturdays – 7-8.30 am & 11am – 1pm
Sundays - 8-9.30 am & 10.30-12
One 30 minute massage
10 open gym visits
Adult classes – 60 minute workout, 30 minute skills
Kids Class – 40 minute workout & 20 minute skills
Skills include – rings, ropes, walls, monkey bars, boulder carry, sand carry, team and individual assessments, strategy and more
Once purchased you will receive and email to choose your sessions! only 12 spots per time slot. Book early to get the spot(s) you want!
