Home School Phys Ed

We are excited to announce a Phys Ed session for Home Schooled kids!
Classes will be held weekly and include the following curriculum. Ages 5-12

• The Power of Food
• Balance & Agility
• Fun Fitness Games
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Exercise & Your Brain
• Indoor Outdoor Games & Sports
• Yoga & meditation
 
Or get your own group together and will create a time slot just for you!
