Groupon/Living Social Policies/Procedures

If you have already purchased, or are thinking about purchasing a Groupon for classes, please review the following information

Redemption Procedures.

You must redeem your Groupon in person. We do not redeem them over the phone

You can only reserve a spot for one class prior to redeeming your Groupon

ONLY ONE groupon will be accepted per child.

You must bring either the printed voucher with a barcode on it or present the actual voucher on your smartphone -- an email stating that you have purchased a Groupon will not be accepted.

Your voucher must be redeemed prior to the expiration date, once redeemed you have 12 months to use the classes purchased.


Reservation Policies.

Due to the popularity of our ninja classes we will only hold 5 spots per class for Groupon pass holders.

Once those are full, only full year members, 3 month members or regular price class pass holders will have access to the remaining spots in class.

You can put your name on the waitlist with a Groupon.
